The Hip and Glute Activation Band is an essential tool used by athletes, trainers, and your every day fitness fanatics to warm up their hip abductors, to cue knee position for squats and sumo deadlifts and even simple hip movements.

Hip and Glute Activation Bands are extremely effective for warming up the hips and glutes before working out. Just put the band right above the knee and simply take long strides forward, backward, laterally. Perform air squats while pushing the knees out over your feet to help fire your glutes!

These bands contain two rubber strips located on the inside of the band to prevent any unwanted movements, like sliding or rolling up, during your workouts.
