Original Item: Only One Available. Bearing serial number OL 3160 is a relatively scarce 1943 pattern long branch training rifle dated 1944. These non guns were built in Long Branch, Canada and were a Canadian version of the British Swift Trainer. Reference see "The Lee Enfield" . The final edition by Ian Skennerton page 314. These were built to have the equivalent weight as the No 4 (8.5 lbs) and had a safety butt plate  As per the above reference there were only 3788 of these trainers built by the end of WWII.  A neat item for any Lee Enfield or Canadian collection.
